• You must be at least 13 years old to use NucHub
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by NucHub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. NucHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. We will retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
