Refund Policy

Last updated 18 October 2026 · draft

If NucHub isn't right for you, you shouldn't pay for it. Here's how refunds and cancelling work.

The 14-day promise

A refund ends the plan it paid for: you move to Free and keep everything you made.

How to ask

Email support@nuchub.app from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt. We refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Plan & billing › Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. A semester pass never renews, so there's nothing to cancel: it simply ends after 4 months.

UK and EU: your right to withdraw

The law gives UK and EU consumers 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Digital services that start straight away are an exception once you've agreed to the immediate start and acknowledged that you lose the right — which our checkout asks you to do. Our 14-day promise above gives you the same 14 days anyway, and it doesn't replace any rights you have by law, such as a remedy if the service isn't as described.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank — a refund from us is faster for you.
